1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Avant Garde Distribution Ltd, 10 Manor Lane Business and Trade Park, Holmes Chapel, Crewe, CW4 8AF ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Name
This promotion is titled "Harrows Ultimate Setup Promotion".
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, household members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required.
3.4 Entries submitted using false details, multiple identities, or automated systems will be void.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion opens at 12:00pm (GMT) on 29 December 2025.
4.2 The promotion closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on 11 January 2026.
4.3 Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be included.
4.4 The winner will be announced on 13 January 2026.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter the promotion using one of the following methods:
5.1 Purchase Entry Route
Entrants who spend £50 or more on Harrows products in a single transaction at PremierDarts.co.uk during the Promotion Period will receive one entry.
The purchase must be completed and payment authorised within the Promotion Period.
The email address associated with the qualifying purchase will be used for winner contact.
5.2 Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, entrants must email their full name and full UK postal address to competitions@premierdarts.co.uk during the Promotion Period.

5.3 Equal Treatment of Entry Routes
Both entry routes carry equal weight. No route provides any advantage over the other.
6. Entry Limits
6.1 A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
6.2 Multiple purchases or multiple free-entry emails will not increase chances of winning.
6.3 Duplicate, manipulated, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
7. Prize
7.1 There is one prize, consisting of a Harrows Ultimate Setup, including:
- Harrows Fortis Dartboard
- Harrows 4-Piece Dartboard Surround
- Harrows Rubber Dart Mat
- Harrows Tri-Light Dartboard Lighting System
7.2 The prize is supplied as a bundle and items may not be substituted individually.
7.3 The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be resold or exchanged.
7.4 If circumstances outside the Promoter’s control prevent delivery of the advertised prize, an equivalent or higher-value alternative may be supplied.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 The winner will be selected within 48 hours of the Promotion Period ending.
8.2 All eligible entries will be combined into a single pool.
8.3 The winner will be chosen using a randomised digital draw to ensure fairness.
9. Winner Notification
9.1 The winner will be contacted via email.
9.2 The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification being sent.
9.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9.4 The Promoter is not responsible for emails that are filtered, unread, or not received.
10. Prize Fulfilment
10.1 The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
10.2 Delivery times may vary.
10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit.
11. Publicity & Winner Information
11.1 The winner’s first name and county may be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page.
11.2 A winner list may be provided on request in line with UK advertising requirements.
11.3 Winners may object to public disclosure for safety or privacy reasons.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data will be used solely to administer the promotion.
12.2 Marketing communications will only be sent where entrants have explicitly opted in.
12.3 Data may be shared with third parties only where required for prize fulfilment or legal compliance.
12.4 Data will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.
13. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits false information, uses automated entry systems, makes multiple entries, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
14. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost entries, delivery issues, or inability of the winner to accept the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. No Purchase Necessary Compliance
This promotion qualifies as a free prize draw under UK law. Both entry routes offer an equal chance of winning.
16. General
16.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where legally required.
16.2 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
