Standard shipping normally takes 1-3 working days
Next-day delivery can be selected at checkout to most mainland UK addresses (Excluding Highlands) for an additional cost or FREE when you spend £50

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking details. If it's still in transit or delayed, give it a few extra days. If it’s been lost or delayed significantly, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

Report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receipt.
Points, shafts, and flights are consumable and not returnable if worn or damaged during play.
You can purchase replacements anytime from our accessories range.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time, although you can return the order as per our returns policy.

To qualify for a return, items must:
1. Be returned within 30 days of delivery
2. Be unused, with tags attached
3. Be returned in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn, with all contents complete.
- Tags (where applicable) attached.
- In original, undamaged packaging.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return being rejected and no refund issued. Upon a successful return, your refund will exclude the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
