Standard shipping normally takes 1-3 working days
Next working delivery can be selected at checkout to most mainland UK addresses (Excluding Highlands) for an additional cost or FREE when you spend £50
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at
checkout).
Please note : These delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and can vary at peak periods. Some couriers may not deliver on a weekend

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking details. If it's still in transit or delayed, give it a few extra days. If it’s been lost or delayed significantly, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so we’re unlikely to be able to cancel or amend them once placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help, but if your order has already been processed you’ll need to return it for a refund.

Use our Returns Portal to begin your return and follow the step-by-step instructions.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed and will arrive with you within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn, with all contents complete.
- Tags (where applicable) attached.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing parts, submit a request through our Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery.
Within the portal, you’ll be able to describe the issue, upload images, and generate a return label where applicable.
Reporting within this timeframe ensures we can resolve the issue quickly. For damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours, we will cover the return shipping cost. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your return being rejected.

Points, shafts, and flights are consumable and not returnable if worn or damaged during play.
You can purchase replacements anytime from our accessories range.

They are not eligible for returns if broken or damaged during play.
We are committed to providing durable and reliable products, but replacements may be required over time.
