Reward Points Terms & Conditions
These Reward Points Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Premier Darts Rewards Programme (“the Programme”). By creating an account, earning reward points, or redeeming rewards, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Programme is open to registered Premier Darts customers aged 18 or over with an active online account. Reward points are linked to the customer account used at checkout and cannot be earned or redeemed without being logged in.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, sold, or combined between accounts.
2. Earning Reward Points
Reward points are earned on eligible full-price items only.
Items purchased on sale, using promotional pricing, or as part of a discount offer do not earn reward points. This includes, but is not limited to sale items, clearance items, promotional bundles, and items discounted via automatic or manual promotions.
Reward points are awarded based on the value of eligible items only. Shipping costs, taxes, and excluded products do not earn points.
Orders placed while not logged into a registered account will not earn reward points and cannot be credited retrospectively.
Reward points are usually credited automatically once an order is processed. In some cases, there may be a short delay before points appear in your account.
3. Bonus Points & Action-Based Rewards
Points may also be earned through specific actions such as account creation, subscriptions, or social engagement, where these options are made available.
Action-based rewards are normally limited to one per customer and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
If an action has already been completed, points will not be awarded again for the same action.
4. Spending Reward Points
Reward points can be redeemed for available rewards shown within your rewards account.
Redemptions may be subject to minimum point thresholds and availability.
Reward discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Only one reward discount may be used per order.
Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you return an item for which reward points were earned, those points will be automatically removed from your account once the return is processed.
If you redeem reward points on an order and later return item(s), the points used will be automatically refunded back to your reward points balance.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment methods used at checkout. Card payments are refunded to the original card, gift card payments are refunded to the gift card balance, and reward point discounts are refunded back to your reward points account.
Points cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to another account.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
Premier Darts reserves the right to exclude certain products, brands, or promotions from the Programme at any time.
Reward points may not be earned or redeemed in conjunction with certain offers or promotions.
Points cannot be applied to past orders.
7. Expiry & Account Status
Reward points may expire if an account remains inactive for an extended period. Where applicable, expiry rules will be displayed within your rewards account.
If your account is closed, suspended, or found to be in breach of these Terms, any unused reward points will be forfeited.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Premier Darts reserves the right to remove points, suspend accounts, or cancel rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or attempting to manipulate reward actions.
9. Changes to the Programme
Premier Darts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme or these Terms at any time.
Where changes materially affect customers, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
10. Contact & Support
Reward points are managed automatically by our system and your points balance will normally update without any action needed. Our customer support team can investigate genuine errors (for example, where points were not correctly awarded due to a system issue) and, where appropriate, apply a correction to bring your points balance in line with these Terms.
Reward points are not added as a goodwill gesture, compensation, or “free points”. Any adjustments are only made to correct verified mistakes and to apply the Programme rules fairly and consistently for all customers.
