Christmas Shipping Info

During the festive period we will continue to guarantee to ship your order out the door the same day if you order before 3pm.

However once in the courier network, Christmas volumes, adverse weather conditions and rogue reindeer can sometimes create delays that are outside our direct control.

Delivery Preferences

Can I amend my address after ordering?

Orders are sent for processing as soon as they are received, so it’s unlikely we’ll be able to amend the delivery address prior to the order being processed by the warehouse.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try our best to help, but we may not be able to prevent the warehouse from processing the original address.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Not at this time. Deliveries are handled by our courier partners, and dates can vary depending on their schedules and your location.

Can I request the driver to leave my parcel in a safe place?

Some couriers allow this via their app or tracking link.

We cannot pass safe-place requests directly to drivers.

PIN on delivery orders cannot be left in a safe-place.

Courier Information

Who will deliver my order?

We work with a range of trusted couriers, including DPD, Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, UPS and UK Mail. The courier used for your order depends on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive information on who will be delivering your order and ways you can track it.

Can I choose who delivers my order?

Not at the moment. Our warehouse system automatically selects the most suitable courier based on your order and address to keep delivery as fast and reliable as possible.

What is PIN on Delivery?

To ensure higher value orders remain safe, we may ship your order through a secure "PIN on Delivery" method. This means that you will receive a unique code to give to your driver, and only you can recieve the parcel.

Tracking Your Parcel

Can I Track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking is activated as soon as the parcel is scanned into the delivery network.

Will I get email updates?

Yes, you will receive tracking updates sent to the email address used at checkout once the item has been dispatched.

Will I get text updates?

Some couriers offer optional SMS notifications if you provide a mobile number at checkout. Whether you receive these updates depends on the courier handling your delivery and the services they offer in your area.

My Tracking isn't updating?

Tracking can sometimes take a while to refresh, especially during busy periods. If the tracking hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours after dispatch, feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to look into it for you.

My Tracking says "Delivered" but nothing has arrived?

Occasionally couriers mark items as delivered prematurely or leave them in a safe place. Check with neighbours or safe places first, then contact us and we’ll raise an investigation with the courier if needed.

We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm from our warehouse same day (Mon-Fri)

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Why has my order been delayed?

We aim to get every order to you in the time specified, unfortunately delays can happen for several reasons, including:

  • Courier backlogs
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal demand
  • Local delivery issues.

These factors are outside our control, but we always dispatch orders on time.

If you believe your order has been delayed please contact us and our team will be happy to help.

Pre Orders

What is a "Pre-Order"?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming or out-of-stock item before it becomes available. This guarantees your allocation as soon as stock arrives.

We try our best to avoid pre-orders where possible and prefer to have products ready to ship immediately, but sometimes circumstances outside of our control , like manufacturing or shipping delays, mean we have to open pre orders up.

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse. Once your item is ready, it will ship using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Are pre-order dates guaranteed?

No. While we make every effort to dispatch pre-orders on time, release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change. If a date shifts, we’ll notify you by email with an updated timeline.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the item has shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.

What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?

When an order comes in that has both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the order until all items are available and ship in one parcel.

If you would like to receive the in-stock items straight away we would recommend placing two seperate orders.

Does Express shipping speed up the pre-order process?

Express Shipping applies from the moment the item arrives in stock, not the moment you place the order. It does not accelerate the manufacturer’s release date.

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

Payment is taken at checkout at the time the pre-order is placed.

How will I be updated about my pre-order?

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • An update if the release date changes
  • A dispatch email with tracking once your item ships

Premier Darts – Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Premier Darts (“we”, “us”, “our”) dispatches, delivers, and manages orders placed via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Dispatch & Processing

1.1 Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.
1.2 Orders placed after 3pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.
1.3 Once an order is submitted, it enters our processing system immediately. As a result, we cannot guarantee the ability to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed.
1.4 Customers should check all delivery details carefully before confirming their order. If an error is identified, you must contact us immediately. We will attempt to make changes where possible, but cannot guarantee intervention before dispatch.

2. Delivery Estimates & Limitations

2.1 All delivery times shown at checkout or on our website are estimates provided by the courier.
2.2 No delivery service, including Express Delivery, is guaranteed.
2.3 Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal or peak-period volumes (e.g. Christmas)

  • Local delivery issues

2.4 Premier Darts dispatches orders on time, but shall not be held liable for delays once a parcel is in the courier’s possession.

3. Delivery Regions

3.1 We currently ship to the following locations:

  • UK Mainland

  • Northern Ireland

  • UK Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man)

  • Republic of Ireland

  • EU Zone (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain)

3.2 We do not currently ship outside the regions listed above.

4. Shipping Services & Rates

4.1 Shipping rates vary by region, parcel size, weight and courier service.
4.2 All applicable shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order.
4.3 “Large & Heavy Items” (including surrounds, scoring systems, oversized setups, and equipment above the small-parcel threshold) may require specific transportation methods and are charged accordingly. These charges are shown clearly at checkout.
4.4 Free delivery thresholds apply only where explicitly stated (e.g., UK Mainland & Northern Ireland small parcels over £50).
4.5 Some regions have restricted service levels. For example:

  • Northern Ireland Medium & Large/Heavy parcels are Express Only.

  • UK Islands Medium & Large/Heavy parcels are Standard Only.

  • Republic of Ireland and EU deliveries are weight-based only.

4.6 Delivery times for each region and parcel type are displayed on the Shipping Information page and may vary depending on courier schedules.

5. Tracking & Parcel Management

5.1 A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information is issued once your order has been dispatched.
5.2 Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
5.3 Some couriers provide SMS updates where customers have supplied a mobile number.
5.4 Once a parcel enters the courier network, delivery is managed entirely by the courier. Premier Darts is not responsible for:

  • Safe place decisions

  • Delivery route planning

  • Local access restrictions

  • Courier driver behaviour or judgement

5.5 If a parcel is delayed, customers may contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We do not actively monitor individual parcel journeys once dispatched.
5.6 If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must inform us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to investigate.

6. Weekend & Peak-Period Deliveries

6.1 Most couriers deliver Monday–Saturday.
6.2 Some couriers may deliver on Sundays during busy periods (e.g. Christmas), but Sunday delivery cannot be requested, selected or guaranteed.
6.3 During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended. Premier Darts will always dispatch orders on schedule, but final delivery timing is determined by the courier.

7. Pre-Orders

7.1 Pre-orders allow customers to reserve an item before it is available for dispatch.
7.2 Estimated release dates are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
7.3 If a release date is changed, we will notify affected customers by email as soon as we receive updated information.
7.4 Payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout.
7.5 Customers may cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched.
7.6 Once dispatched, pre-orders fall under the same returns rights as standard orders as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7.7 Express Delivery does not accelerate a pre-order’s release date. It applies only once the item is available and dispatched.
7.8 Customers will receive:

  • Order confirmation

  • Notification of any significant release date change

  • Dispatch confirmation and tracking once shipped

7.9 Mixed orders (containing both pre-order and in-stock items) may be dispatched separately or together, depending on warehouse rules. 

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

8.1 If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the order once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost.
8.2 If your parcel arrives damaged, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe with photographic evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Return & Refund Conditions

9.1 Returns and refunds are governed by the Premier Darts Returns & Refunds Policy, available separately on our website.
9.2 Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy for full information on returns windows, conditions and procedures.

10. Customer Responsibilities

10.1 Customers must ensure that their delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
10.2 Premier Darts is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
10.3 Any rerouting, redirecting, or safe-place requests must be managed directly with the courier where their system allows.
10.4 Customers must retain tracking emails and order confirmations for reference.

11. Amendments to This Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the updated version is published on our website.
