Premier Darts – Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Premier Darts (“we”, “us”, “our”) dispatches, delivers, and manages orders placed via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Dispatch & Processing
1.1 Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.
1.2 Orders placed after 3pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.
1.3 Once an order is submitted, it enters our processing system immediately. As a result, we cannot guarantee the ability to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed.
1.4 Customers should check all delivery details carefully before confirming their order. If an error is identified, you must contact us immediately. We will attempt to make changes where possible, but cannot guarantee intervention before dispatch.
2. Delivery Estimates & Limitations
2.1 All delivery times shown at checkout or on our website are estimates provided by the courier.
2.2 No delivery service, including Express Delivery, is guaranteed.
2.3 Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Seasonal or peak-period volumes (e.g. Christmas)

2.4 Premier Darts dispatches orders on time, but shall not be held liable for delays once a parcel is in the courier’s possession.

3.2 We do not currently ship outside the regions listed above.
4. Shipping Services & Rates
4.1 Shipping rates vary by region, parcel size, weight and courier service.
4.2 All applicable shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order.
4.3 “Large & Heavy Items” (including surrounds, scoring systems, oversized setups, and equipment above the small-parcel threshold) may require specific transportation methods and are charged accordingly. These charges are shown clearly at checkout.
4.4 Free delivery thresholds apply only where explicitly stated (e.g., UK Mainland & Northern Ireland small parcels over £50).
4.5 Some regions have restricted service levels. For example:

Northern Ireland Medium & Large/Heavy parcels are Express Only.

UK Islands Medium & Large/Heavy parcels are Standard Only.

Republic of Ireland and EU deliveries are weight-based only.
4.6 Delivery times for each region and parcel type are displayed on the Shipping Information page and may vary depending on courier schedules.
5. Tracking & Parcel Management
5.1 A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information is issued once your order has been dispatched.
5.2 Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
5.3 Some couriers provide SMS updates where customers have supplied a mobile number.
5.4 Once a parcel enters the courier network, delivery is managed entirely by the courier. Premier Darts is not responsible for:

Local access restrictions

Courier driver behaviour or judgement
5.5 If a parcel is delayed, customers may contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We do not actively monitor individual parcel journeys once dispatched.
5.6 If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must inform us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to investigate.
6. Weekend & Peak-Period Deliveries
6.1 Most couriers deliver Monday–Saturday.
6.2 Some couriers may deliver on Sundays during busy periods (e.g. Christmas), but Sunday delivery cannot be requested, selected or guaranteed.
6.3 During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended. Premier Darts will always dispatch orders on schedule, but final delivery timing is determined by the courier.
7. Pre-Orders
7.1 Pre-orders allow customers to reserve an item before it is available for dispatch.
7.2 Estimated release dates are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
7.3 If a release date is changed, we will notify affected customers by email as soon as we receive updated information.
7.4 Payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout.
7.5 Customers may cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched.
7.6 Once dispatched, pre-orders fall under the same returns rights as standard orders as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7.7 Express Delivery does not accelerate a pre-order’s release date. It applies only once the item is available and dispatched.
7.8 Customers will receive:

7.9 Mixed orders (containing both pre-order and in-stock items) may be dispatched separately or together, depending on warehouse rules.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
8.1 If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the order once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost.
8.2 If your parcel arrives damaged, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe with photographic evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Return & Refund Conditions
9.1 Returns and refunds are governed by the Premier Darts Returns & Refunds Policy, available separately on our website.
9.2 Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy for full information on returns windows, conditions and procedures.
10. Customer Responsibilities
10.1 Customers must ensure that their delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
10.2 Premier Darts is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
10.3 Any rerouting, redirecting, or safe-place requests must be managed directly with the courier where their system allows.
10.4 Customers must retain tracking emails and order confirmations for reference.
11. Amendments to This Policy
We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the updated version is published on our website.
