At Premier Darts, we offer two types of returns:
Customer 30-Day Right to Return
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn, with all contents complete.
- Tags (where applicable) attached.
- In original, undamaged packaging.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return being rejected and no refund issued. Upon a successful return, your refund will exclude the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Products Upon Arrival
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if your item:
- Arrives defective or damaged.
- Is missing parts.
- Is incorrect.
Notifying us within this timeframe ensures we can promptly rectify the issue. For damaged or incorrect goods reported within 48 hours, we will arrange and cover the return shipping cost. Failure to report these issues within 48 hours may result in your return being rejected.
Condition-Based Refund Adjustments
For returns of darts, flights, stems, and other related items, the condition of the returned items will affect the refund amount. Refunds may be reduced by up to 40%, which includes a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product and its packaging upon return. To avoid any deductions, ensure the item is in perfect, unused condition with its original packaging intact.
However, we fully honour your right to a full refund if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What is Not Eligible for Return?
The following items are exempt from return:
- Gift cards.
- Customised items.
- Used items.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us using our Contact Form. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted (with reasons provided if rejected), we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 days from the time we approve your return to process the refund and have it reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Darts Shafts/Stems, Flights & Points Policy
Please be aware that darts points, shafts, and flights are consumable items that are subject to wear and tear during use. They are not eligible for returns if broken or damaged during play. We are committed to providing durable and reliable products, but replacements may be required over time. Explore our wide range of accessories to keep your game sharp.
