30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please Be Aware:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What Is Not Eligible For Returns?
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned such as:
- Gift Cards
- Customised Items
- Used Items

- Return due to a defective or wrong product
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the return with you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Darts Shafts / Stems, Flights & Points Policy
Please note that dart points, shafts and flights, being consumable items subject to wear and tear through use, are not eligible for returns if broken or damaged during play. We prioritise providing our customers with durable and reliable products, but due to the nature of these items, replacements may be necessary over time. We encourage you to explore our range of shafts and flights, available for purchase, to keep your game on point.
There are certain situations where returns may be rejected, see below:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged
- Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with in 48 hours of recieving your order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you wish to return your item back to us for a full refund, please include your order details with your return. If you do not include your order details we do not know who to refund.

Please Note: You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses when returning your item unless the item was received broken or defective, as these costs are not refundable. If a refund is issued, the amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.
