1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Avant Garde Distribution Ltd, 10 Manor Lane Business and Trade Park, Holmes Chapel, Crewe, CW4 8AF (the "Promoter").

2. Promotion Name
This promotion is titled "Rising Sun X Giveaway".
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members (partner, parents, children, siblings), household members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion (including suppliers, agencies, and partners) are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required before the prize is awarded.
3.4 Entries submitted using false details, aliases, identities of other persons, disposable email addresses, or automated systems will be void.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion opens at 12:00pm (GMT) on 11 December 2025.
4.2 The promotion closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on 5 January 2026.
4.3 Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, or undelivered entries, regardless of the cause.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter the promotion using one of the following methods:
5.1 Purchase Entry Route
a) Entrants who purchase any Target Japan Tungsten Darts from PremierDarts.co.uk during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the promotion.
b) The purchase must be completed and payment authorised within the Promotion Period.
c) The email address associated with the qualifying purchase will be used for winner contact.
5.2 Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
a) To enter without making a purchase, entrants must email competitions@premierdarts.co.uk with the following information during the Promotion Period:
- Full name
- Full UK postal address
b) The email address used to enter will be used for winner contact.
c) No fee, subscription, or additional cost is required to enter via this route.
d) Entries that do not include the required information will not be counted.
5.3 Equal Treatment of Entry Routes
Both entry routes carry equal weight. No route provides any advantage over the other.
6. Entry Limits
6.1 A maximum of one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.
6.2 Multiple purchases, repeated emails, or attempts to bypass entry limits will not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to audit and remove duplicate entries.
7. Prize
7.1 There is one prize consisting of:
A Target Japan Rising Sun X Dart Set — 1 of only 15 in the world.
7.2 This item is an exclusive collectors’ edition and is not available for sale.
7.3 The prize has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
7.4 The prize cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or used for commercial gain.
7.5 If circumstances outside the Promoter’s control prevent delivery of the advertised prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent or higher-value alternative.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 The winner will be selected within 72 hours of the Promotion Period ending.
8.2 All eligible entries will be compiled into a single pool.
8.3 The winner will be chosen using a randomised digital draw conducted with a recognised randomisation tool to ensure fairness and impartiality.
8.4 The draw process may be verified internally or externally if required for regulatory compliance.
9. Winner Notification
9.1 The winner will be contacted via email (using the address provided via the free entry route or associated with the qualifying purchase).
9.2 The winner must respond within 24 hours of the notification being sent.
9.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same randomised process.
9.4 The Promoter is not responsible for emails that are filtered, sent to spam, blocked, deleted, unread, or otherwise not received.
10. Prize Fulfilment
10.1 Once the winner has confirmed acceptance, the prize will be shipped directly to the winner by the Promoter.
10.2 Shipping is to UK addresses only.
10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for fulfilment errors, courier delays, loss, damage in transit, or inability to deliver due to incorrect address details provided by the winner.
11. Publicity & Winner Information
11.1 The winner’s first name and county may be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page following acceptance of the prize.
11.2 In line with UK advertising requirements, the Promoter may be required to provide a list of winners to regulators or members of the public who request it.
11.3 Winners may object to this disclosure for safety or privacy reasons, but minimal information may still be shared with regulators if legally required.
11.4 Participation in any additional publicity is optional and will not affect eligibility.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data submitted for this promotion will be processed strictly for the purposes of administering the competition.
12.2 Where entrants explicitly opt in to receive marketing communications at checkout, their data will be processed according to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12.3 Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or regulatory compliance.
12.4 Data will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
13. Disqualification
Entrants may be disqualified for:
- Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Using automated entry systems, bots, or scripts
- Multiple entries beyond the permitted limit
- Interfering with or disrupting the promotion
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Behaviour that brings the Promoter into disrepute
The Promoter’s decision on disqualification is final.
14. Liability
14.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Network failures, server issues, lost emails, or technical errors
- Inability of the winner to accept or take up the prize
- Any changes to the prize outside the Promoter’s control
- Any personal loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from taking part in the promotion or from accepting the prize
14.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. No Purchase Necessary Compliance
This promotion qualifies as a free prize draw under UK law. Both the free entry route and the purchase entry route offer equal opportunity and no payment is required to enter via the free method.
16. General
16.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions if required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
16.2 Any changes will be published on the Promoter’s website.
16.3 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.4 These Terms & Conditions do not create any contractual or legal rights for third parties.
