These Terms & Conditions apply to social media giveaways and prize draws run by Premier Darts across platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other official Premier Darts social media channels.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Premier Darts. For any questions relating to a giveaway or prize claim, please contact competitions@premierdarts.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Employees of Premier Darts, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person unless a specific giveaway expressly states otherwise.
- Entries made using fake accounts, duplicate accounts, automated methods, or any method intended to unfairly manipulate the promotion will be disqualified.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By entering any Premier Darts social media giveaway, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions together with any giveaway-specific conditions stated on the relevant social media post, video, caption, comment, story or linked page.
4. Giveaway Period
Each giveaway will state its opening date, closing date and, where relevant, draw date on the applicable social media post or associated content. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be counted.
5. How to Enter
- Entry instructions will be stated on the relevant Premier Darts social media content.
- No purchase is necessary unless expressly stated otherwise and lawfully permitted.
- Where a giveaway is run through comments, replies or social engagement, only valid entries submitted in line with the stated instructions will be accepted.
- If a giveaway is hosted on YouTube or another platform, entry must also comply with that platform’s own terms, policies and community rules.
6. Prizes
- The prize for each giveaway will be described in the relevant promotional post or content.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Premier Darts reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value where this becomes necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
- Prizes won through Premier Darts giveaways must not be resold for commercial profit.
7. Winner Selection
- Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received before the closing date.
- Where a random comment picker or similar tool is used, the selected entry must still be valid and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, Premier Darts reserves the right to void that selection.
8. Winner Notification and Claim Process
- Winners will be announced or contacted in the manner stated on the relevant giveaway post or content.
- Unless otherwise stated, winners must claim their prize by emailing competitions@premierdarts.co.uk within 14 days of the winner announcement or notification.
- To make a valid claim, winners must provide:
- their full name;
- their delivery address; and
- proof that they own the winning social media account, such as a screenshot showing they are logged into that account.
- Premier Darts may request further reasonable evidence to verify identity, eligibility, age, or account ownership before releasing a prize.
- If a winner does not provide the required information within 14 days, the prize will be treated as unclaimed and may be retained for a future giveaway.
9. Delivery
- Prizes will usually be dispatched within 30 days of a valid claim being verified.
- Premier Darts is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete delivery details, courier issues, or events outside its reasonable control.
- Premier Darts is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transit where it has fulfilled the dispatch obligation reasonably and in good faith, although it may choose to assist at its discretion.
10. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
- Premier Darts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has:
- breached these Terms & Conditions;
- used multiple, fake or impersonation accounts;
- attempted to manipulate the entry process or outcome;
- provided false information; or
- acted in a way that is abusive, dishonest, misleading or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
- Any accounts or messages claiming to represent Premier Darts outside official Premier Darts channels or competitions@premierdarts.co.uk should be treated with caution.
11. Platform Disclaimer
These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Premier Darts and not to the relevant platform.
12. Winner Information
Where required by applicable advertising or promotional rules, Premier Darts may publish or make available limited winner information to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place. This would normally be limited to the winner’s surname and county, or a reduced form of that information where appropriate. Entrants may object to this or request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting competitions@premierdarts.co.uk. Premier Darts may still need to provide winner information to regulators or other parties where legally required.
13. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that Premier Darts may announce their social media username or handle in connection with the giveaway unless they have a valid reason to object. Premier Darts will not publish personal address details.
14. Data Protection
Personal data supplied as part of a giveaway will be used for the administration of the promotion, verification of winners, prize fulfilment, fraud prevention and related customer service purposes. Data will be handled in line with Premier Darts’ Privacy Policy.
15. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
Premier Darts reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any giveaway where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, technical issues, fraud, platform disruption, stock issues, legal or regulatory concerns, or any other valid operational reason. Any such change will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, Premier Darts shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by an entrant arising from or in connection with a giveaway, except where caused by Premier Darts’ negligence or breach of law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
