1. Promoter
The promotion is operated by Avant Garde Distribution Ltd, 10 Manor Lane Business and Trade Park, Holmes Chapel, Crewe, CW4 8AF (the "Promoter").

2. Promotion Name
This promotion is titled "Target Japan Giveaway".
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, household members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required before a prize is awarded.
3.4 Entries submitted using false details, aliases, identities of other persons, disposable email addresses, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method intended to bypass the entry process will be void.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion opens at 12:00pm UK time on 11 June 2026.
4.2 The promotion closes at 11:59pm UK time on 15 June 2026.
4.3 Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undelivered entries, regardless of the cause.
5. Entry Limits
5.1 A maximum of one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.
5.2 Multiple qualifying orders, repeated emails, or attempts to bypass the entry limit will not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to audit entries and remove duplicate, incomplete, invalid, or suspicious entries.
6. Prize
6.1 There is one prize bundle available. One winner will be selected at random.
6.2 The prize bundle consists of the following items:
- Target Japan Rising Sun Gen 10 - 23g Steel Tip Darts, signed
- Target Japan Xeno Gen 1 - 23g Steel Tip Darts, signed
- Target Japan Paul Lim The Legend Gen 9 - 24g Steel Tip Darts, signed
- Target Japan Rising Sun No.2 K-Flex Intermediate, signed
- Target Japan Xeno No.2 K-Flex Intermediate, signed
- Target Japan Black Marque Draco Gen 2 - 23.5g Steel Tip Darts
- Target Japan Black Marque PW Gen 2 - 22g Steel Tip Darts
6.3 The winner will receive the full prize bundle listed above.
6.4 The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, resold, auctioned, or used for commercial gain.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize item with an equivalent alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances require, but will avoid doing so unless necessary.
7. How to Enter
Participants may enter the promotion using one of the following methods:
7.1 Purchase Entry Route
a) Entrants who purchase any set of Target Japan darts from PremierDarts.co.uk during the Promotion Period and enter the code TJGIVEAWAY at checkout will receive one entry into the prize draw.
b) The code TJGIVEAWAY acts as the entry method for the prize draw. It does not provide a discount or monetary saving.
c) To qualify via the purchase entry route, the order must contain at least one eligible set of Target Japan darts and the code TJGIVEAWAY must be successfully entered at checkout before the order is completed.
d) Purchases made without the code TJGIVEAWAY being applied at checkout will not be counted as valid entries into the prize draw.
e) The qualifying purchase must be completed and payment authorised within the Promotion Period.
f) Previous orders, purchases made outside the Promotion Period, abandoned checkouts, cancelled orders, refunded orders, or orders where payment is not successfully authorised will not count.
g) The email address associated with the qualifying order will be used for winner contact.
7.2 Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
a) To enter without making a purchase, entrants must email competitions@premierdarts.co.uk during the Promotion Period.
b) The email must include the code TJGIVEAWAY and the following information:
- Full name
- Full UK postal address
- Email address
c) No purchase, fee, subscription, or additional cost is required to enter via the free entry route.
d) Free entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.
e) Entries that do not include the required information, or do not include the code TJGIVEAWAY, will not be counted.
f) The email address used to enter will be used for winner contact.
7.3 Equal Treatment of Entry Routes
Both entry routes carry equal weight. No route provides any advantage over the other. Purchase entries and free entries will be entered into the same prize draw.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 The winner will be selected on 16 June 2026.
8.2 All eligible entries will be compiled into a single pool.
8.3 One winner will be chosen using a randomised digital draw conducted with a recognised randomisation tool to ensure fairness and impartiality.
8.4 The draw process may be verified internally or externally if required for regulatory compliance.
9. Winner Notification
9.1 The winner will be contacted via email using the address provided via the free entry route or associated with the qualifying order.
9.2 The winner must respond within 24 hours of the notification being sent.
9.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same randomised process.
9.4 The Promoter is not responsible for emails that are filtered, sent to spam, blocked, deleted, unread, or otherwise not received.
10. Prize Fulfilment
10.1 Once the winner has confirmed acceptance, the Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize bundle to the winner’s nominated UK postal address.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.
10.3 The prize will only be delivered to a UK address.
10.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring after the prize has been dispatched, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
11. Publicity & Winner Information
11.1 The winner’s first name may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels following acceptance of the prize.
11.2 In line with UK advertising requirements, the Promoter may be required to provide winner information to regulators or members of the public who request it.
11.3 The winner may object to this disclosure for safety or privacy reasons, but minimal information may still be shared with regulators if legally required.
11.4 Participation in publicity is optional and will not affect eligibility.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data submitted for this promotion will be processed strictly for the purposes of administering the promotion, selecting the winner, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
12.2 Where entrants explicitly opt in to receive marketing communications at checkout or through any other opt-in method, their data will be processed according to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12.3 Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment, promotion administration, or regulatory compliance.
12.4 Data will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.
13. Disqualification
Entrants may be disqualified for:
- Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Using automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or bulk-entry services
- Multiple entries beyond the permitted limit
- Attempting to enter using multiple identities, aliases, or email addresses
- Interfering with or disrupting the promotion
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Behaviour that brings the Promoter into disrepute
The Promoter’s decision on disqualification is final.
14. Liability
14.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Network failures, server issues, checkout errors, lost emails, or technical errors
- Entries not received due to technical, delivery, or communication issues
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the winner
- Any personal loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from taking part in the promotion
14.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. No Purchase Necessary Compliance
This promotion is intended to operate as a free prize draw under UK law. Both entry routes offer equal opportunity and no payment is required to enter via the free entry method.
16. General
16.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or update these Terms & Conditions if required for legal, regulatory, technical, or operational reasons.
16.2 Any changes will be published on the Promoter’s website.
16.3 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.4 These Terms & Conditions do not create any contractual or legal rights for third parties.
