To begin the return process:

(this is a blue and white chat icon which can be found in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.) - Fill in Your Details
- Select "I Want to Return My Order" from the dropdown menu
- State the reason for the return
Our team will contact you within 48 hours.
(Please check your spam folder if you have not received a message from us)
Once your return request is reviewed and accepted (with reasons provided if rejected), we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please Note: Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded
